Itinerary

Day 1 : Fes > Ifrane > Azrou > Midelt > Ziz Valley > Merzouga > Camel trekking and stay overnight in luxury desert camp

Fes to the Sahara desert After your breakfast time, we will meet you in Fes and pick you up from your hotel in the morning. Our first stop is Ifrance, the place as known as the Switzerland of Morocco, a Beautiful view for you to take some photos. After that, we will go ahead to Azrou, there is a place of residence for the monkeys and you can have a stop in here to see the monkeys if you like. After leaving Azrou, we will go to Midelt and you will enjoy your lunch in Midelt. In the afternoon, we will go ahead to Ziz Valley and have a stop to enjoy the panoramic sights over the Ziz Gorge. In the way to desert, you will see the lake of Merzouga with its bird populations. You may also want to visit the nomad wire house where many Berber handicrafts are priced lower than in the big cities. We will start the camel trekking in late afternoon, the experienced camel man will lead you to desert and will set you off to in a sand dune to see an amazing sunset. Enjoy your dinner and night in a luxury camp.

Day 2 : Merzouga > Ziz Valley > Midelt > Ifrane > Fes

Early wake up in the morning to see a magnificent sunrise in desert. After breakfast, we will back to Merzouga and look around the village of Merzouga. After that, we will continue our tour to Fes by passing through the Ziz Valley and Azrou. You will enjoy the beautiful landscape alongside the magnificent Ziz Gorges and through the Tizi n’ Talghamt Pass to Midelt and we will have lunch nearby. After lunch, you will visit the Middle Atlas Mountains where you can see the Barbarian apes in the wild. We will drive you to Fes and drop you off at your Riad or Hotel.
